The Druid Order conduct their annual Spring Equinox ceremony, performed when the day and night are of equal duration, on Tower Hill Terrace, with the Tower of London in the distance. While the Druids have pagan origins and are not affiliated with the Church of England their service takes place in the shadows of All Hallows by the Tower, the oldest church in the City of London, founded in 675AD. - RF
