London, UK. 23 July, 2023. Jewish people and supporters hold a Defend Israeli Democracy rally and march across Tower Bridge in protest against plans by Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu's coalition government to overhaul the Israeli justice system which, critics say, undermine the independence of the judiciary and free government decisions from legal scrutiny. The march was also in solidarity with thousands of Israelis who marched to Jerusalem as the Knesset prepares to abolish the 'Reasonableness Doctrine' allowing judicial review of government decisions.
